I cannot send or recive emails due to being continueously being blocked by password ***** is ont being accepted.
JA: When did you last reset your username and password?
Customer: I earlier about 2 hours ago sent and received emails. I logged off for an hour, then relogged on it. The problem then ocurred.
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: I have a desktop computer using Outlook Express as my browser.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: reentering the password
