One particular message kepps repeating, sent to all recipients over and over again since late September.
JA: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: Before, by Outlook app. Now, by browser. Same result.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Signing out, signing back in. Changing password.
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
