I was hacked . I was able to delete the account and eventually change the password. I can send emails but not receive. Can you help without remotely being on my computer?
JA: Have you contacted anyone about your account?
Customer: Someone helped me reset the password.
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: At the office on a desktop, at home Ipad on the go Iphone
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?

What email services are you referring to? Gmail, Yahoo or Hotmail etc?

As it turns out all of my incoming emails are going to "trash". How can I redirect them to my inbox. My address is***@******.*** .It's an ATT address but Yahoo bought them out a few years ago
