hiya,,i could no longer recieve or send emails,,i took icon off computer and was gonna re-install but has me stuffed,,not good on comps,,lol
JA: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?
Customer: outlook
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: normally through icon for outlook msgs on comp
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: kept trying to reset but gave me no help or info so deleted icon off desktop and tried to re-install but ??
