JA: Just to clarify, what email service provider are you using?
Customer: Cox pop3
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: Laptop web brower.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: None
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Yes. I get an error Message: The setting for this account are break apart large messages into smaller parts into 256KB which is larger than the current setting. Do you still want send the message?
