When you delete your Emails, they will normally go into a TRASH folder/location

Similar to how a Windows computer has a recycle Bin.

When you delete somethign from your goes into the recycle Bin, and sdtays there until you EMPTY the recycle Bin.....kind of like taking out the trash in your own home.

When you no longer want somethign you toss it in the trash, but you coudl dig it back out....if you wanted to. So long as the trash was not taken OUT to the dumpster....RIGHT?

So this is the same process.

But one the Emails have been emptied form the Trash.....they are gone.....FOREVER.

But, if you would like....i can connect to you r computer to have a look at your situation, and see if it is possible to recover them.

Do you have some time now to do this?
