Hi there and welcome

To confirm, you want to remove them off your account to avoid storage limits, but you do not want to delete them, so you can still refer back to them?

Is this correct?

Please let me know

This is a simple question. I don't see that it's worth $39.
Expert:  Richard replied 9 months ago.

Ok, well if course you're entitled to your own opinion

But you need to speak to customer service about the cost of a question.

I will opt out of working with you further on this as I do not agree on this though

Thanks and all the best

Which email provider you are using ?

Customer: replied 9 months ago.
All I need to know is how to store messages without filling up the storage capacity.
Expert:  Bhavik Joshi replied 9 months ago.

If you read your email using Outlook Express, follow the steps below to make sure your software does NOT leave a copy of each message on the server indefinitely.

  1. Start Outlook Express.
  2. From the Tools menu, select Accounts.
  3. Select your Verizon Online email account, and then click Properties.
  4. Select the Advanced tab. Make sure that Leave a copy of messages on server is not checked.
Note: This process is similar for Outlook 98, 2000, and 2002.
