JA: How long has this been an issue?
Customer: Just occurred about 1.5 hrs. ago
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: I only use Outlook Tasks on my tablet
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Filters, Views
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: The problem is a customized folder and all tasks within that folder has disappeared from the view list.
