Since Microsoft updated Outlook, I cannot send out my group

Since Microsoft updated Outlook, I cannot send out my group emails. I run a golf group and have 3 email groups of about 30 addresses each. Since the update 2 weeks ago, the outgoing messages go immediately into the Draft folder. Had no problem until Microsoft did an automatic changed the program...Help!!
JA: How long has this been an issue?
Customer: For about 3 weeks. I had turned off computer while away and when I restarted it did this very long took forever
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: I use my desktop PC for these group emails. I go into chrome & then open outlook to do mail
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I had a computer guy here who tried without success
