Recently changed my password becasuse I was notified by

Recently changed my password ***** I was notified by Apple that my email and cell might have b een compromised.. It was. But tried to download Adobe update and was told my new password ***** invalid. . What can I do?

Customer: Not sure
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
