Can not remember my password to update my info, my username

can not remember my password ***** update my info
JA: When did you last reset your username and password?
Customer: my username always stayed the same just the password ***** need update my info on yahoo
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: computer often
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: i have always used the forget my password ***** i didnt know it changed til today so i cant get into it all now
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?

i did couple of years ago but dont have it no more and thats why i need to get into account to update that
