I cannot sign into my work place gmail account and because

the initial alternate email that...
I cannot sign into my work place gmail account and because the initial alternate email that I gave upon siging up for it is no longer active. To compound the issue I also cannot remember my sign-up date, so the system is not allowing me to sign-into my work gmail account on my laptop after I signed out. My email account address is:***@******.***. I am giving the alterante email as***@******.*** and getting a code number, but it tells me there is not enough information to confirm who I am. I can receive my messages through my i-phone, can't sign-in anywhere else. Please let me know how to solve my dilemma.
JA: How long have you had this issue with your Gmail account?
Customer: Since last Thursday, when for some reason I signed out of gmail. I don't really remember why I did that.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: Yes I think I did, but I thought it was microsoft updates and not gmail

To be clear, you can sign in on your gmail through your iphone still, correct?

If you can, do NOT sign out. Everything you need to verify you? Will be in that phone/acct

you still have access too.

To get started, I need to know what type of computer you are using, a Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10 or a Mac.

If its a Mac, please check the OSX version as follows, Click the apple sign at the top left of your screen, then click about this mac. And then where it says version, send that to me as a reply.

We are an outside company that handles many, many different services. google, microsoft products, malware protection

programs etc.

In short, yes, we are proficient at gmail and their technical fixes.
