I'm not able to rreceive it on Samsung IPhone - it keeps saying 'failed' - . I updated my security yesterday AND didn't change my password.
JA: When did you last reset your username and password?
Customer: 10/14
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: both - on my cellphone and computer
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: none - I didn't know where to go to troubleshoot
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: yes - why do I keep getting that 'notice ' when I changed what I thought was going to remove that 'notice' everytime I try to access my email on my computer
