Well, when I first ordered my phone(###) ###-####I was using the AT&T e-mail. I have not used that e-mail in so long that I have forgotten the e-mail period. I use***@******.***. My problem is I never receive you bills or ads. Then my credit union which was Montgomery Cty Credit union and recently merged with Bridge Credit Union has my MC credit card with which I pay this bill. They are switching to a Visa and getting rid of my MC. Can I set up my real e-mail and send you my Visa account so you can continue to bill me?
JA: Just to clarify, what email service provider are you using for this account?
Customer: my boyfriend set up this g-mail account and I receive it on my phone.
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: do not know how to trouble shoot

No it is for Repbulic Wireless and I thought that was who you were, if you are not please disregard and delete my visa account number. The internet is not helpful
