Microsoft update on outlook online Just gives me a envelope I can't open Please help me fix this is part of my in home business.

Customer: Through a web browser I live in the mountains
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I haven't is was working fine until I got email from Microsoft telling me the made things better now I can't read any of my emails this is a business email account
