Sorry wrong department. My e-mail is fine but I cannot access my photos, files, etc.
JA: Just to clarify, what email service provider are you using?
Customer: Google
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: all of those
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I think you have to sign in to get the EDGE files but I cannot find a place to sign in
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: No but this happened after I went from Windows 7 to 10

OKay, so your Email is working Fine.......but your not able to access your files?

Are these files stored ONLINE......in a cloud drive?

Microsoft uses a cloud drive called ONE DRIVE.

And One Drive you DO have to login to.

YOu use the same email as your hotmail, and the same password ***** your hotmail.

Or if you use google, that is what you want to use to login.
