i have been using AOL as my email, but when I sent email to [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] (by ??? I mean the address of the person or business) my emails always come back with the error 554 for the last couple of weeks. WHY?
JA: How long have you had this issue with your A.O.L. account?
Customer: Approximate 2 weeks. I've used AOL for years and it has never happen before. I called McAffee and we spent hours on the phone today to see if there was a virus on my computer and according to them the answer is NO.
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: Through Crome browser
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Spent hours with McAfee, deleted everything possible on my computer. I can reach them on my gmail account. and do not get the 554 error.
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I just need to get this cleared up. It has caused me hours of having to redo work and I am not happy
