JA: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?
Customer: my identity has been stolen
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: I cannot log into face book because my information is seen as theres
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: i tried to go on line and change my password ***** 2 minutes later they stole my phone number claimed my e mail and my entire facebook acct. who knows what they are doing with it

Customer: i will not pay for advice I need them to fix it with me NOW

A few things here. If you changed your number and added it and it was immediately stolen?

You need to look at your device that you sent it on. That is most likely how they are hacking you.

You were talking to an automated 'pearl' system until now. We need to ask questions back and forth

until we can get the issue resolved.

I am a tech. if you have fee concerns, questions, automated pop up for remote supports, you can take that up

with customer service. I cannot see that side of your acct.

To get started, can you tell me what you are using to log onto your fb and any other accounts with?
