I had an 2009 Apple computer with Windows Office (product ID No: 92***-***-****056-12283) until 22 Sep16 when I bought a new Apple computer. Apple store transferred all on old computer to new. Everything works except Office. Never had to use password ***** old computer. New requires password. I haver tried everything, including reloading original disks and changing password ***** password ***** code. Microsoft says password ***** been changed, but all I get is "Something went wrong". "There is a problem with your Microsoft account" message.
