I CAN'T CHANGE MY PASSWORD !!! I just tried a few minutes

JA: When did you last reset your username and password?
Customer: I just tried a few minutes ago
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: It's not my email I'm having trouble with; it's Apple store. I have to change my password ***** attempted but didn't get it done
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: NONE.......I don't know how to trouble shoot I'M OLD!!
