I am being told I do not have a password ***** account***@******.*** and I was trying to work out why.
JA: Have you contacted anyone about your account?
Customer: Not yet.
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: I have not accessed it for a while. But when I have it has been with a web browser.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
