I cannot open it Apple said someone is using it and that there are several items on it. They closed the account and told me to create a a new password. I found that impossible !!!
JA: Have you contacted anyone about your account?
Customer: Yes, and I have spoken to different helpers from two south sea islands and cannot answer their questions about my all time favorite movie!!!
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: On my Apple PC and I've had no problems for the many years I've owned it
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: don't know what you mean. I'm well into my eighties and only have my telephone and desk top Apple PC for personal business
