I have made several attempts changing my email password. I am just trying to set up my new phone. When I enter my newly created password, it is telling me that the password ***** ***** I know it is correct, I just created it and wrote it down. I am beyond frustrated. Can you tell me what I am doing wrong. I have changed it 5 times without success. Do I need to power down my phone and restart it for the new password ***** take affect? Thanks

First, what is the make/model of your phone?
