Almost all of my emails that i send to email

almost all of my emails that i send to email addresses get blocked as spam. I dont know how to fix this
JA: Just to clarify, what email service provider are you using?
Customer: we are on microsoft exchange through godaddy
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: through outlook
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: called godaddy and optonline and neither is helpful
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
