we have lost ou password ***** no fault of ous. I am trying to contact Yahoo to have it restored and am not able to get any help.
JA: When did you last reset your username and password?
Customer: Sept 27. 2016
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: Yes, through sfari and google and yahoo
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: contacting yahoo on the computer this morningand was told to call them on the telephone on Pacific daylight time.
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
