Customer Question

I am MSN outlook server customer for over several decades. Overwhelming numbers of unwanted junk-type e-mails are coming in, that are resistant to elimination by putting into junk mail. What is the solution? change my server?
JA: How long has this been an issue?
Customer: it slowly excalated. but more rapidly during last two months.
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: I am using desk-top computer, iPad, and iPhone, in that frequency.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: nothing except placing into the "junk".
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I have been resisting to get into the Microsoft server, which aggressively interfering when I open my e-mail.
