A few days ago I received a new modem. My server (Bezeqint.net) helped me access the internet on my computer. However, I am unable to connect to WiFi on my kindle. Can you help? My Wi-Fi password ***** ***** accepted.
JA: Just to clarify, what's the make and model of your machine, and what operating system are you running?
Customer: My kindle (if that is what you are asking) is from Amazon. My computer operating system is Windows 10. I am not very friendly with the technical side of my machine(s) - maybe because of my age (84).
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: Through Microsoft Outlook on my computer (not a laptop).
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I can't recall the details but, as I said, I didn't manage via the troubleshooting program, and finally phoned my server, who gave me internet access entirely from his end.
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: No thanks. It is just my kindle that isn't connected to Wi-Fi.
