I am locked out of it and I am needing to reset my password
JA: When did you last reset your username and password?
Customer: I attempted to today
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: from a phone .. I lost the phone and I was trying to access from my work PC and of course entered in info wronf too many times
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I have tried to send in the infgo and have been denied
