I want to change my password ***** am having problems.
JA: When did you last reset your username and password?
Customer: It has not been changed for a long while.
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: Through my cell phone and through my desk top computer
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: My original email was sent up through AT&T and my email address was***@******.*** and I changed to Yahoo. My email address now is***@******.***. Every time I try to change my password, it links me to AT&T and my userid does not match with them.
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Only how to change my password.
