The hotmail you are referring to isnt recognized by microsoft.

Are you using a mail merge like thunderbird or email icon on your computer?

what do u mean thats the account i had with facebook,it was a friend page they kept asking for info then they shut it down ,the account i manage off it is***@******.*** originally but the swithed it to the***@******.*** account as a like page now i cant get into it niether

Calling and remote support is an additional fee.

As for facebook, that isnt how it works.

Your hotmail created your hotmail accounts.

your gmail created your gmail accts.

facebook doesnt really have anything to do with creating them.

nor will it help you recover them.

and your recovery option for your sikeston is a security question.

If it was that long ago that microsoft no longer sees it when it was deleted?

You can try to recreate a hotmail account with the same exact email address

and see what it tells you.

I have done as much as i can on this end without seeing what you see.

I have sent the links so 'you' can see the recover options yourself to see if anything

listed is something you have access. The mwed will only give me limited options. i dont know your

passwords (please dont put them in this, it is public info unless we are in a remote session that hides it)

then it gives the 25 number as i explained and it will prompt you for information only you know.

but yes, the recovery option for that one should be able to be recovered if you follow the steps for gmail

use that email as your name

That is a facebook issue and message. There is something like a ban on your account.

You can Try looking in your Support Dashboard: Settings > in left column select Support Dashboard.

It is going to ask you for your account verification as well as a picture id. Check thru that email

of yours that is linked to it. there should be additional requests.

with the same issue. I have sent the requested information and for over 2 weeks now it still says this "Thanks for your help

I am sorry to see the problem with your Facebook account persists. Note that Facebook doesn't have an e-mail address you can write to, or a phone number you can call to report a problem with your account; instead, they use specific forms. In my last response, I sent you the "My Personal Account was Disabled" form where you could re-upload your ID and explain the problem. In case it didn't work, you can try with the "Report an Issue with Confirming Your Facebook Account" form available on this link:

Enter your Facebook account information there and select "I need to reactivate my existing account" or "Other" as the issue. You can describe the problem again in the "Additional info" box. Send the report and wait for their reply, which could be in hours, days or weeks. Unfortunately, you will never know when or if they are going to reply to you. Facebook is a free service and their support stuff don't seem to be taking problems reported by their users very seriously.

If you don't hear from them within 2 weeks, and your account is still at the same locked stage, my advice is to consider creating a new Facebook account with a new e-mail address. You can then use the new account and periodically sign back in to the original Facebook account to see if there are any changes.

I am sorry if I am reporting the bad news. I wish I could do more for you, but this is how Facebook works. Maybe they change it in the future.
