Have you ever accessed your email using an email program such as Outlook 2010, Windows mail desktop, thunderbird, etc?

Also, does your email end with @att.net ? ( the one you are trying to recover the missing email from?)

Lets try to use the automated feature to restore your deleted mail..

To do so, log into your att / yahoo account first on a web browser. once logged in, then click this link

http://www.att.net/mailrestore

It should attempt to restore any deleted mail.. Hopefully, it finds what you are missing.

Once complete, do a mailbox search of all your folders including the trash, for the message in question.

If you get stuck or run into any issues, let me know! And best of luck.

I strive to provide great service, and greatly appreciate a 5 star rating clicked and submitted when you are satisfied.. I always answer follow up questions.
