I am receiving an error message telling me that RETR command did not succeed.
JA: Just to clarify, how often have you been getting this particular message?
Customer: at least five times today, never before today
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: using my my Dell desktop computer
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I called Time Warner Cable and they told me that they had seen other Thunderbird users calling with the same problem. Using I was trying to access my email, but was locked out because of too many logins.
