HI I cannot receive them. I think you are the one I am to ask. I am new at this...:)
JA: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?
Customer: Yahoo
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: I suppose through a web browser...I have a new IMAC and still learning. I used a PC for many years so I know a "little" about this. ha
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I subscribe to the BESTBUY GEEK support team. But for some reason he wanted me to go through ATT. I have ATT UVERSE Internet service.
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: NO, I wish I could explain how I use to see the new emails on the right side of my screen. I would close them so I could read them.
