i am locked out and i can't seem to get back in. i have tried everything. except for paying the $50 outlook wants. can u please help

Customer: a couple of days
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: my phone, but i am able to access it on my computer if need be
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: i have tried resetting my password ***** recovering my password ***** are unsucessful
