I can't send an email. It says it can't connect to server. I have changed my password ***** and does no good.
JA: When did you last reset your username and password?
Customer: I reset my password ***** 10 min ago. I haven't changed my username ever.
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: On my Samsung phone.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I have been on the computer for an hour going through you web site suggestions and can't find one like mine to try. Changing password ***** ***** I have found to do.

On the phone open Apps>>Email

Tap the down-arrow next to Inbox to expose the entries

Tap Settings

Tap Settings again

Under Accounts, tap your email address

scroll to the bottom and tap Exchange Server Settings

you'll see and area for your password.

Delete the dots and enter your new password ***** tap Done.
