An account key? My phone number is(###) ###-#### It is a simple go phone. Does it have an account key? Talk to me the way you would your grandmother or great-grandmother who is only slightly tech savvy.

Okay. I cannot open my email on my computer. My address is***@******.***. My password *****'t work, although I'm sure of it. My security questions don't work, and I'm sure of my pet's name and my best friend's last name. All I need is for you to tell me how to reset my password ***** I am unable to open my email--the site directs me to go to my email to retrieve a temporary password ***** I can get the temporary password. It's a catch 22. Yes, I'm confused. I do not usually text on my little phone, but if you give me step-by-step instructions, I will.

then select answer security questions

It says my answers do not match their information. So, I ask for them to send me a temp password. They send it to my email. I try to open my email to get it. I can't get it the temp password. Yes, I'm frustrated and confused.

ok dont worry..since this email is patched with att, i will have to check if i can get att to reset itfrom their server

thanks for waiting..i have been trying all resources..just to let you know i have been getting lots of yahoo att customers and they mentioned to me about some server outage on yahoo as well

there support queue too seems unaavailabe
