I'm sorry about the issue. Does this issue occur in a particular website? Or in any website?

Do you have windows xp, vista, or 7, or 8, 10?
Can we do a remote support session, so I can troubleshoot the issue directly on your computer together with you?
Please reply at the box below. Thank you,

Please try the following fix:

Solution #1:

; (if needed, press at the same time the two keys Windows and R on the keyboard, then type control then click OK, then the Control Panel window should open.)
  3. Open Internet Options (or open Network and Internet / Internet Options.)
  4. Then click on Delete and delete only temporary internet files.
  5. Click the Advanced tab, and then click Reset.
  6. In the Reset Internet Explorer Settings dialog box, click Reset.
  7. Click on Close.
  8. Then open Internet Explorer, and check.
