I click on my Facebook logo on my home page, his account comes up. please assist me in changing the shortcut back to my account
JA: When did you last use the account?
Customer: yesterday
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: Both a phone and my pc (web browser??)
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Went to settings to change name and password ***** no help

- If the issue is on your PC computer, then when you are in Facebook (when you are in the wrong facebook account), click on the tiny triangle icon (or down arrow icon) located at the upper right corner, then click on option Log Out. Then you can log in your facebook account.

- If the issue is on your phone, open Facebook, then click on the 3-bar icon at the top in Facebook, then scroll down to the bottom, then click on option Log out. Then you can log in your facebook account.
