Hello, and Thank You for choosing
My name is ***** ***** I am reviewing your question now, please stand by for 1 or 2 minute for reply.

OKay, so your login was compromised......the password ***** compromised.

Now, that person who knows your password ***** login and then make changes to the account.

They can change the security questions. they can change the password, they can basiclaly make it impossible for you to ever gain access again.

That is ofcourse.......IF.....If they actually did all those things.

Have you an idea WHO would be motivated to do this?

An Ex?

An Enemy?

or is this just completely out of the blue?

When you went through the Microsoft Account recovery process.....why were you not able to complete it?

Did you not know the security question ANSWERS?

If you forget the security question Answers.....there is NO WAY to recover your account.

The security questions are designed as to make it virtually impossible to forget.

I mean you only have 1 mother middle name.

They are designed to be psycologically bonded to the account holder.

Are you still with me here?

I would like to try with you to recover the account.

But if you are not able to make it through the process......then you wont be able to recover the account

The securty questions cant be changed unless you know the answer. So even if your account password ***** can STILL get back into the account if you know the security questions.

But if your security questions were compromised.....then you have effectively been locked out permanently.

You will have to contact microsoft, and they will most likely CLOSE the account.

They wont open the account if you report it hacked, and unrecoverable.....they will close it.

You will have to open a new account.

Thats how it works.
