Customer: I have a question regarding two accounts that are set up for Fort Collins Reads. We only need one and would like to disable the original account.
JA: Have you contacted anyone about your account?
Customer: We are an all volunteer non-profit and we can't (don't) remember who set up the original account. We have a new member of the committee who is posting and would like to maintain that site.
