THANKS, ***** *****=-UP SAYS "CANT OPEN ATTACHMENT BECAUSE EITHER NOT SUPPORTED OR DAMAGED"??? i JUST CREATED AND SCANNED AN EXCEL DOCUMENT AND NOW I CAN'T FORWARD TO MY GOLF TEAM. please HELP. PAT
JA: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?

JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: I'M NOT TO COMPUTER LITERATE; I GET OUTLOOK ON MY P.C. WITH WINDOWS/OFFICE. DOES THAT MAKE SENSE/ANSWER YOUR QUESTION?
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: SPOKE TO MSN SUPPORT AND THEY SAID AN EARLIER ITEM I RECEIVED WAS "CORRUPTED" YET OTHERS WERE ABLE TO OPEN.
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: i TRIED TO SCAN IT TO A PDF BUT THAT DID NOT HELP AT ALL. I HAVE BEEN USING THIS EXCEL CHART FOR YEARS.

Windows 7. (BTW, the original cc number was correct so i don't know why it was rejected. I just used a different cc.) ok to assist.
