Trying to register on 23 and me, I simply cannot get past

Trying to register on 23 and me, I simply cannot get past those letters that I am suppose to know how I guess, but even thou I type correctly it jus goes right back to "do it again"
JA: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?
Customer: Comcast
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: web broser now but have tablet, phone, but cannot send from either my tablet or email so I must use browser
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I have tried so many times, I give up, and can not find a phone number for "23 and me"
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: What I want is a phone number so I can talk to a person at "23 and me" about a test I sent for a friend and must register.
