Customer Question

I play a lot of Big Fish games on my computer and I normally use Internet Explorer, and I want to download a new game and they keep telling me there is another game on my computer and I can't figure out how to get rid of it. I think I may have used Mozilla Firefox to download one, but how can I find out on my computer to see if there is another game on it.

It might be conflicting with another game.

Would you like me to have a look at it for you remotely so I can help you install the new game?
