I have Outlook 2010. Some, not all, emails that I receive are showing up blank. The ones that seem to show up blank are usually ones that are either forwarded or someone else was cc'd on the email.

Hmm, I'm not sure. On my side, it says you are declining/rejecting the offer. Note that there is an additional fee for remote services. Are you accepting the offer and the additional fee?

Could you please double check if those emails having problems were (always) from selected senders? Or, were they always in HTML format or always embedded with pictures? Basically, I am trying to figure out some common things or facts for the given emails.

They were not HTML but were all forwarded emails
