Hello,
I am the person that will be helping you today.

It sounds like you have have 2nd step authentication setup. When you attempt to sign into your account on your home computer, does it tell you that it has sent the pin to your cell phone?

I will be standing by, looking forward to your response.

Thank you,
Jason

"No existing account". Are you saying that it is not a new account and that the account already existed? Okay, please, answer my question from the beginning. When you attempt to sign into your account on your home computer, does it tell you that it has sent the pin to your cell phone?
