I'd like to help resolve this issue. I just spoke w/ AT&T tech support -- are you currently an AT&T customer?

It sounds like there are two problems going on:

1) You might have some malware installed that's giving you fake security warnings, and

2) You're unable to access your email.

Q: Can you re-type for me again what your att email address is? I asked the folks at AT&T tech support, but they weren't able to locate an account with that email.... They said the other info they could use would be:
* First and last name; OR
* AT&T account number (found on your monthly bill); OR

* Physical address on-file with AT&T.

The reason I think it could be helpful to know this is so that we can check w/ AT&T's tech support whether your email account is currently locked out, or has been experiencing any security issues... and also so they can reset the password ***** need be.

I want to be clear that all of this is by consent, so I don't want you to share any information with me that you're not comfortable with -- I get that personal information security is important.
