Customer Question

I can receive emails but no one is receiving them from me. I have Outlook 2010. No, the emails are not "stuck" in the outbox. They are shown as "sent" emails.
If I use comcast's email system, people get my emails. So it is unique to Outlook, which I use 99% of the time. I can email from my IPad,and from my laptop, but not from my primary PC. So the problem is unique to Outlook and unique to one computer, the one I use all the time. I have not seen this problem described on any Microsoft tech publication.

I'm sorry about the issue. When did this issue first occur?

Is there any error or message when sending an email from your primary PC?

Does your PC have windows xp, vista, or 7 or 8 or 10?

Can we do a remote support session, so I can troubleshoot the issue directly on your computer together with you?
