I got a new phone today and cannot log into my email i don't remember the password ***** it's been two years since I used it
JA: When did you last reset your username and password?
Customer: When my daughter created it for me two years ago
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: I phone gmail app
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: tried entering a passcode they send but then it says can't verify me i don't remember what original password ***** not sure exact month I set up the account
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?

Gmail can be a bit strict with their password ***** protocol.. let me ask you this.

Do you have any computers or phones that are still signed into your gmail account?

Also, did you ever sign into your gmail account from a computer?

And also, is it important to get back the same exact gmail account ( if you havent used it in two years, could we not just make you a new account if theres nothing important in the old account?)
