Someone hacked it. I can't send our or recieve. I still have my internet.
JA: How long has this been going on?
Customer: For about a week and a half
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I have tryed a few and they keep sending me to here and there. the last one wanted me to get there program for a fee.

  1. Are you using a Windows computer or a Mac?
  2. What email program are you using? Is it MS Outlook 2007, 2010 or 2013? Or Thunderbird? Or Windows Live Mail?
  3. What exactly is the error message that you are getting when sending and receiving fail?
  4. Lastly, can I remotely access your computer so that I can directly check and fix your issues while you watch?
