have been trying to access my outlook through exchange as off-site & I cannot with laptop or phone. I know the password ***** expired with new one to be created. But I can't get access with my old password. How can I do this?
JA: How long has this been an issue?
Customer: only noticed om my iphone saturday as it kept requesting password & saying incorrect
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: basically just tried different versions of the password ***** they don't work. I know that the one I was using is a correct one from a few days ago when I left the office. Not sure what else I can do??
